Had the most amazing visit today! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, I felt welcomed and not like another number. The staff and management were amazing, especially Monty and the manager who went out of their way to help me! This store is wonderful, and I highly suggest it to anyone needing eyewear! Thank you again for the great experience you guys, you rock!

The optometrist saw super nice but Lex at the front desk was very rude and has no customers service.
Been waiting on my glasses for nearly a month. They keep pushing my ETA back every time I call. First it was Tuesday, then It was Friday, and now no ETA with the claim that they, along with multiple others' pairs of glasses are being held up in Mexico. They then just told me to "wait for the text". Now I'm worried I won't get them at all. If I do, then these 2 pairs will likely be my last pairs from them. Utterly ridiculous.
