Excelente atenciones
I booked the appointment online, didn't say anything abnormal. They texted me about my appointment 3 times, didn't say anything abnormal. I go in for my appointment, I am told it will be a "Virtual appointment", where the doctor is on a TV screen, but "all the tech will be with me", and told it could take up to 3 hours.... Who would ever want that? I wouldn't be annoyed if they would have just advertised it properly, I would have just not booked it, but they didn't. I am done with this company totally now. My mom and I were able to find glasses that we really liked and ALEX helped us complete everything so that our glasses could be ordered!! ALEX was very nice, patient and courteous!!! She answered all of our questions. Thank you ALEX for the excellent service that you provided!
One of the best eyeglass places I've ever been to. There was a young lady named Kieara who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I really love my glasses. Not only do I look better I feel better
