Alex helped me out, and was very patient with me while helping me put on my contact.
I had a wonderful experience, they had a great selection and well priced. I picked out 12 pairs that I really liked, and the sale associates help me narrow them down to a couple pairs. I worked with Pamela and she was great at running my insurance and discounts a couple different ways to make sure I got the most out of my benefits. Would definitely recommend!
My wife and I had an eye exam and got our new glasses. The glasses were too strong and their customer service didn't help. After getting the new glasses in Jan and using them for a few months we are not getting used to them and still feel high discomfort/eye strain within a 5-20 minutes (only 60% confident on this range since I didnt write times down). I gave up and left them in a drawer for 4 months ago then decided to call their office ( 7 months after getting the glasses ) and was told to come in to troubleshoot the glass... read more
