By far the worst customer I’ve had dealing with America’s Best. Unpleasant staff and the air was just stuff in there, not warm or welcoming at all. The doctor was a pleasure but everyone else could use some courses on professional courtesy. I’m disappointed I have to return to pick up my items
I used to go to American best off of Halls ferry Road, multiple times they misdiagnosed my prescription. I switched to the Bridgeton location. That was the best decision I ever made. The ladies are very kind and very. professional, the doctor gave me the right prescriptionI i’m very happy with switching to the Bridgeton location.
The customer service people was amazing all of them , including the eye doctor . Me and my father did a walk in last minute and was seen right away . No long wait and the eye exams was quick . Wendy services me and she was also fantastic. Much better than the rude workers on Hallsferry .
