The staff there aren’t polite they should said oh what can I do for you? Or even they should try to be friendly, they all seems to be very busy just talking between ( coworkers ) I said am not happy with the poor information I got from the lady who is at first place on your right once you enter at the location , also the guy who speaks Spanish he start to speak only English even they were told that I need to speak on my mother tongue language. Went in for new bifocal glasses / eye testing. 1 - I was clear for 10 millimeters high bifocal line . 2 - New glasses were 13 ml high taking to much lens space. 3 - reading settings was @ 7 “ distance (new one)Normal is 13-15“ as per counter person ?! I was very clear about my requests .Also they had only 7” rulers. I brought my own ruler. Then they said I need to see doc in two weeks or so or go to Watertown ct. 45min away 1 1/2 hrs round trip plus my time & gas use I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND ON THE SPOT @ pick up.
