I wanted to check out the pair eyewear brand so I decided to stop in yesterday with my friend and my daughter. We spent about 15 minutes looking at the product and I decided it wasn’t something that would work for me. So far so good. We finally found someone to accept our Medicare Advantage Eyecare Insurance. The tech, Donna, was very helpful in helping us apply our allotted benefit to the purchase of new Prx glasses. She took our info and submitted directly to our insurance provider. Very professional through out the process. We only gave 4 stars since we are awaiting our glasses. Once received in the time frame promised we will update review with the outcome.
Our family has been coming here for a few years. Angela in the front office takes wonderful care of us, follows up on any open needs, and is just great. Highly recommend d!
The staff at the Newtown Danbury, CT location showed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and basic customer service skills. They were unresponsive, inefficient, and disorganized, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Customers weren’t acknowledged upon arrival and had to endure long wait times, showing a clear lack of training and lack of respect for their customers.
