My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. I brought my daughter in for a contact lens fitting with Dr. Yih Jye Kung, and the care we received was far below what we expected. During the appointment, Dr. Yih Jye Kung washed my daughter’s face in a way that I felt was rough and lacking the care and respect a child deserves. As a mother, I found the experience upsetting. Hello, I am following up on the complaint I previously submitted. I have not yet received a response, and I am very concerned. My daughter is unable to see properly with the contact lenses she was prescribed, and they are causing her significant discomfort. Because of this, she has not been able to wear them. This place was amazing! Great customer service and very professional. Everyone was very nice. I 10/10 would recommend going to this location
