I had a horrible experience at America’s Best. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and I was satisfied with her service. However, the staff was unprofessional. When I went to pick up my glasses, they had the wrong lenses. They promised to call me once the issue was fixed, but I never heard back. I will never return.

Every time we have an apt, the customer service is lacking. I feel like they speed through the appointments. They never have trial contacts on hand and always have to order them. It then takes me multiple phone calls over the next couple weeks to inquire if the trials for contacts have come in or if my eyeglasses are ready for pick up or if prescriptions were signed off.I’m usually either told that things have arrived and they just flat out didn’t call or that the doctor isn’t in and therefore prescriptions can’t be signed u... read more

I would genuinely give this location zero starts if I could. I was routed to this location through my vision insurance, and I scheduled an appointment for my sons father who is a secondary on my insurance. He arrived with my insurance card in hand, and I had provided my details at the appointment booking. He didn't even get to see an optometrist, because the receptionist (unsure of her name, she had pink hair) just kept on telling him that "no such ID" was showing up in her system.
