Hands down the absolute best place in Cleveland to get your eye exam and frames. I have not only been shown top tier courtesy during my exam and experience but, for my teenager and elementary age child too. I also had to replace my teenager’s glasses with same day frames from a competitor and they were ill fitting, which I only noticed after driving for over thirty minutes. My appt was at 1:20 pm. And i checked in at 1:15 & was told at 2:30 pm, That i would have to reschedule cause the doc doesnt want to stay later. So i set there for over an hour for nothing.
Everyone was so friendly and I was out within an hour!
Everybody here is always so friendly and so helpful! I have never left here not smiling :-)
