Poor communication, lack of customer service, and have to go back 4x just to get contacts and glasses! Exam, doctor, RX fitting and finializing RX if you think you can go once and get everything done NOPE..you will have to travel 4 days and if your like me 1.5 each way the 4 days just to get contacts! I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THEM NOR USE THEM AGAIN!
If I could give them a ZERO I would. You have to go back 4x or more to get contacts and glasses. More if you’re a new customer. It’s ridiculous! Once for exam, once to see the doctor, fitting, and then finalizing your RX. Just ridiculous! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. They did my husband the same way. I had a 3:30 appt and arrived a few minutes after 3. They took back the behemoth and her Medicaid children who came in after before me. When they finally called me back, 15 min past appt time, I asked how long my appointment would take because I had an engagement for which I needed to leave by 4. Instead of just answering me, the girl performing my pre testing asked me when I needed to be said place. I explained that is not why I asked. I worked in mall perimeters. I parked in front of the store as it was in the same complex as my work. I got off work and after I got off one of the employees went into the store and complained that I was parked in front of their store! As if they own the parking! It makes no sense as I have full right to park any where I please! They do not own the parking lot and I think it was very disrespectful to come into my job and do such a thing! They have such a lack of communication within their own office. Apparently one of the Doctors recently changed his schedule, and rather than calling his patients to reschedule they instead confirmed my appointment and continued to let me take off work and waste my time just to be told “oh he doesn’t work on Mondays anymore”. A courtesy call to reschedule my appointment would have been nice. Poor customer service. Not to mention the only thing I needed was for the Doctor to show my son how to put contacts in.
