I was excited to work with them because I had heard they had an awesome deal of 2 pairs of glasses and an eye exam for $80 dollars. I was shocked when they were going to charge me over $200. They only told me this after the exam. I ended up being able to talk them down and ended up having to choose some really low quality frames I didn’t want and pay in hard cash but they finally got it down to $85. They got my glasses fixed right away! Edgar replaced the missing screw and tightened all the others so I won't have a problem again :)
UPDATE June 25, 2026 I had an issue with my new glasses that I couldn't quite figure out, as bizarre as that may sound. It took some time, but I was finally able to figure out the issue. At first it appeared I was going to need to pay for a new exam and glasses, and I was rather upset (which I regret). I got to my appointment expecting to pay hundreds of dollars but Desiré came to the rescue. The most frustrating experience I have ever had. I ordered glasses and boxes of contacts at my latest appointment. About a week later I got a call saying my glasses and TRIAL contacts were in. I go pick them up. Fast forward to a month later, I still haven’t received my boxes of contacts I ordered. Upon calling the store, they claim they were picked up on the 26th of April. Awful experience. I can’t even make this up, had an appointment on Saturday, i’ve been here before should have my same insurance still on file. I walk in, 3 people working but sitting down and lookin awkwardly. I said I have an appointment one woman insists there’s no insurance on file.
