All the people there are amazing! Desire always so helpful and answering all my questions. I had to get back to them a week later. They're all so patient and called me back amazing I love this place

Not happy rn with this location. I missed a call on a broken phone. After I switched it out I saw I had a missed call but the phone had an unknown caller ID. I called them to see if perchance my glasses were in and was told yes without them verifying who I was. I gave them my name and said so glasses for Chawntae Serrano are in? She said yes. The 3.7 google rating makes total sense after going into the store. Walked in and received no greeting, there was a lady behind the counter and one sitting at her desk more interested her phone and Dutch bros drink. I was sent here by Eyemart express for a simple eye exam because they offer same day appointments (it even says so on the door) without checking anything or looking up she says they can get me in next week……I went out to my car and checked the website there are MULTIPLE appointments available for today.
