This is most definitely not America's best. $250 down the drain. Operated entirely by women who seem to have no integrity. They ordered me the wrong glasses I came back to resolve the problem the manager pretended to not be the manager and told me that she would talk to the manager and call me back and they never called me. I was very polite the entire time as always. They asked if I had insurance for my glasses which I said no but I don't think I need insurance for my glasses when they made the mistake but they never called... read more

I got two pairs of glasses from them two years ago and both pairs have just fallen apart dude to cheap materials and build quality. They buy cheap $10 frames from China and then mark them up to $90 Both times I showed the damage to the staff and they just shrugged and offered no attempt to fix them. They seem to understand just how cheap their frames are. Staff is nice enough but just be aware they make all their money selling expensive lenses in shoddy frames.

I went to Americas Best in Bend to have an eye exam for contact lenses as I constantly lose my glasses and I had just had enough of constantly looking for my glasses , it gave me anxiety . So I decided to go with contacts instead . I had interactions with pretty much all of the staff there as my contact lenses journey was not easy and I was back and forth pretty much 2 or 3 times a week for 3 months trying to figure out my prescription.
