Wasn’t called about eyeglasses arriving. Had to keep rechecking for status. Contacts took 4 months to arrive due to some type of error even though I came in each month to check on them.
Don’t do it! This place has horrible customer service! My lens didn’t fit my frames and they were not happy that I asked for a new pair. Tried to say they can just adjust them?! The new pair was exactly the same. I almost think it was the same pair. I just went somewhere else I was so tired of dealing with these people. The smell of BO as you walk through the door should be a clue to leave.
Affordable (exam + 2 glasses) deal got me in the door for first eye exam in 15 years. Kudos to Becca and Alex and Dr Yamamoto for helping resolve issues with first glasses. Pro tip - if you are ordering single vision glasses under the deal, and your RX has an “add” value, consider requesting that one pair be single vision reader glasses, and depending on your needs, have the second be distance or intermediate/computer distance. They made my glasses Wrong took back ask for my money back said they couldn't give my refund without going through head office been 2 weeks call said the head office don't know when they will make refund what a Bunch of bull will never go back here.
