So the reason for the 3. First when I got to my appointment I told the asst. manager that I thought it was a little excessive to receive texts and emails multiple times a day regarding my appointment. I can see calling ONE day before but to get texts up to 5 times a day and emails the same reminding me of my appointment. She didn't care and you could see it. Becca is amazing. I needed a warranty repair on a pair of glasses I had bought from another location less than a year ago and she handled everything perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the near future for another pair of glasses. Great service at this location.

I went there for first time for contacts/glasses and the entire experience from start to finish was great. Great customer service, great doctor, etc. Will definitely being going back:)

I recently visited America’s Best in Bend, OR, for an eye exam and to have new lenses made for my designer Ray-Ban frames. Unfortunately, I later received a phone call informing me that my frames had been damaged in the lab. To make amends, they offered me a $100 credit for new frames, but I could only choose from a selection of low-end options.
