I'm trying to pay a bill. Website not working so I'm trying to call and it rang for a while and then disconnected. What am I suppose to do? I'm unable to go in to the store physically.
Got single vision glasses and sunglasses,sunglasses were fine. Took glasses back because of defect in lenses,manager was a little bit rude but said he would remake them. Picked them up today and same problem. I do not believe they were remade them. I have 3 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses and these new ones are the only ones that have this problem. I am going to have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket for new ones. I do not recommend this store.

After a failed attempt to fix my eyeglasses using a repair kit I came into the store desperate for help. I was greeted warmly and was helped and got my glasses fixed right away. Special thanks to Brenda and Josh for fixing my glasses! I will definitely be coming back for some contacts.
Great selection of glasses and even better prices. Kevin was great help! Will be back in the future.
