This is where your ophthalmology needs will be met. They have a large selection, and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the manager, Monica. She attended to my needs and was so helpful, going above and beyond with my orders. I will be a returning customer.
This store is one of the best opticals I've been too. The staff is very friendly. Seems like a well managed place. Great customer service.
I had such a pleasant experience here! Staff is super friendly! Large variety of glasses, and great customer service. I met the manager Monica and she was such a genuinely kind person. Safe to say I will be coming back again soon!
The doctor was rude and condescending. She rushed my eye exam, gave poor instructions, and did not create an environment where I felt comfortable voicing concerns regarding my health. If you ask for clarification of her confusing instructions, she raises her voice at you. I also heard her being rude to the previous 3 patients before me (especially Spanish speakers). My appointment was at 5:40pm (20 min before closing) so she spent no more than 3 minutes conducting my eye exam. This caused her to incorrectly prescribe me. I c... read more
