I spent over $600 at America’s Best in Huntington Park purchasing two pairs of Ray-Ban glasses, and the entire experience was completely unacceptable. One pair was delivered visibly crooked and should never have been given to a customer in that condition. When I called the store to have the problem corrected, instead of receiving professional assistance, I was given the runaround and treated as though I was inconveniencing them. I called prior to my appointment to make sure they take my eye insurance. And they informed me they do. I made an appointment for my daughter and I. Went to my appointment just for them to tell me they don't accept my insurance. Saying they can't tell people NO they don't accept certain eye insurance. I had to leave work early for this appointment. Just to waste my time.
Glasses was so cool and fits very well i recommend coming to America's best
