Poor experience overall. They forgot to order my contacts, never followed up, and later billed my insurance incorrectly. On top of that, the glasses I bought don’t fit well, so I still wear my old pair. A rep (Kenya) did fix the billing issue, but the process was frustrating and disorganized.
Had two screws on my eyeglasses replaced. Very courteous & competent.
Gloria and Martha were so awesome helping me in getting my glasses they were so helpful and friendly from start to finish
Amazing Service, everyone was very sweet
I had the best experience ever with all the staff and i will definitely be back.
