I really like how friendly the associates are here. The young lady took the time to fix the arm of my glasses free of charge. She was respectful and did not hesitate to repair the item I had bought there last summer. The glasses are perfect now that she located the correct screw for them. Thank you! They are like new now. She also cleaned, adjusted, and made sure they fit well.
Sabrina helped me out and she is literally the sweetest soul. Felt super safe with her, it was almost like being helped out by my bestie give that girl a raise !!
My daughter and I went in to get our glasses adjusted. The girl that helped us did not adjust the arms of the glasses. She bent the bridge of our glasses. We both ended up having to go back in to have them straightened because the way they were bent was making us dizzy and our eyes would not adjust. The girl actually bent the bridge of my glasses so much that it caused micro fractures in the lenses. I can no longer wear them since it impairs my vision (looks like a huge smudge during the day and at night all the lights starb... read more

Carissa from the Banning store helped with my Mom's glasses...I went in for a screw that came out and Carissa replaced the screw... straightened up my Mom's frames and cleaned them to look like new!...thank you thank you Carissa!
