Amazing experience from the moment we walked in all the way until checking out. Everyone is really friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and truly care for your needs! Worst waiting time ever Appointment 1115 and I see people walk in after and get seen by the doctors and I’m still waiting every time I check with them they said I’m next in line but apparently not I went there for a follow up but it seems they don’t care about the follow up since I already paid for my first visit while I was waiting only new patients were being seen Never going back here ever
Horrible front office staff. Brought my daughter in just to have her glasses tightened, expecting to be there less than 10 minutes. Sat there for a hour after they claim her screw was “bent then broke” and ironically they didn’t have a screw to fit it. Would talk to me in English not knowing I speak Spanish and understood what they were saying yet telling me it was just bent, but I tightened it days prior and misplaced my tool. Initially all was fine, I had a good year or two but some things I noticed even from the beginning. The doctor didn’t seem all too conversational, very stiff and matter of fact; which can be fine if everything else was fine - it wasn’t. At time of pick up there was no making sure the frames fit, maybe that’s changed over time but I’m used to there being more attention to this, tightening the frames or loosening as needed. First of all, the optometrist who performed my final testing was very informative The tech who did the initial testing was thorough and professional. Then, when we started looking at frames, Paulina came over, handed me a pair, an said " try these". I have to say that she made me feel so pretty And my sister agreed. Paulina, you were spot on!
