Sent my daughter to get glasses with her grandmother while I was at work. They showed up at the store with a vision insurance card in hand. We had a wonderful experience at America’s Best. I especially want to thank Josie, who was incredibly kind and patient with us. This was the first time my daughter needed glasses, so we really didn’t know much about the process. She took the time to explain everything to us step by step, answered all of our questions, and helped us understand our options without ever making us feel rushed. She was so sweet, attentive, and professional, and she truly made our first experience getting glasses so much easier and more pleasant. ... read more
