Kayla is the general manager and clearly tries to cover for Jessica, who is head of sales. Jessica flat-out lied. I spoke with both of them today, and they both lied straight to me. These are the people running this place? Absolutely unacceptable. This has been the WORST experience. I still don’t have properly fitting contacts and have had to pay out of pocket. Kayla is the general that wants to cover for Jessica... Jessica wants to be a liar and say wants LIE.. she the head over sales. She doesn't know what is going on I had a conversation with today and both of them lied. Run AMERICAS WORSt. I still don't have contacts and have to pay out of pocket. Go next door to target or there's a new place in Rosenberg TX literally across from town center. There's a eye place in Walmart and target. Run... Everyone was so nice and it was no wait! They have noticeably upgraded! Very comfortable and helpful!
Staff was friendly but the eye exam deficient. Poorly done, had the feeling that it was not correctly done. Went to another place for another exam and the eye exam done at your location proved to be wrong. It appears that services rendered to folks with Humana insurance are done wrong intentionally, or that is the assumption since the exam was done as fast as possible and getting rid of the client as soon as possible is the norm.
