WHATS THE POINT OF A APPOINTMENT WHEN YOUR STILL NOT SEEN AT THE TIME..HORRIBLE SERVICE..RUDE WORKERS
VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!! No deals for the very visually impaired. Paid $600 for 1 pair of glasses. The Eye exam was very superficial. Literally should’ve went to Walmart.
The Manager at the Rosenberg Texas location provided an exceptional customer service experience. By fitting , selecting and offering options to best suit my needs for the frames and lenses, I felt confident with making my purchase. It was a real pleasure having her attend to us and definitely an asset to America's Best Eyeglasses. It is hard to find people with these kind of work ethics. I will surely revisit again for my future renewals. Bob
Took 2 hours..they're fast to say your insurance is inactive or not accepted when it is..optometrist didn't want to be there and place is just too crowded..save yourself a headache and go elsewhere
