Ms. Jessica tried fixing my glasses but couldn’t and Ms. Nancy clocked into work and just started her day fixed my glasses asap. Every time Nancy help’s it’s usually above and beyond. Thanks again Nancy and Jessica for fixing my glasses.
This has been the WORST experience I have ever had with an eye care provider. Absolutely unacceptable. TWO pairs of glasses with only contact lenses fittings Now they are suddenly claiming I’m not entitled to my contact lens prescription, even though they already dispensed contacts after finalizing it. That makes absolutely no sense. They are withholding my contact lens prescription, and I have formally requested it via email. I expect it to be sent. Kayla is the general manager and clearly tries to cover for Jessica, who is head of sales. Jessica flat-out lied. I spoke with both of them today, and they both lied straight to me. These are the people running this place? Absolutely unacceptable. This has been the WORST experience. I still don’t have properly fitting contacts and have had to pay out of pocket.
