This is the second time after five years outstanding service excellent facilities and great people very friendly timely and very direct! Jennifer who helped me check out as well as choose my frames was outstanding so were the other people! Indeed they help me to choose in a way that I ended up paying less! I will return God willing in five years!
I paid $588.90 for transitional lens and to make the lens thin. They presented me lens thick as a magnify glass and said they couldn't get it thinner. I'm wearing glasses one year old and they are very thin and I didn't pay $588.90. in fact I paid 1/2 the price at another optical. I'm so upset. I will not come back here. And I refuse to wear magnify glasses. I want my money back.
The store manager Jessica is so determine she can see thru your eyes and make you get whay she wants. Shuts you down and wont let you decide. They said I need something stronger and I kept telling them what looks best. Then they try to start you all over and want to charge again and its just over 30 days since they tested my eyes. Over priced and horrible service! I threw my glasses on the ground outside. I mean I cant wear them so was a waste of time and money from day 1!
All the ladies were very helpful and very customer friendly. Josie is very professional while helping with selecting the best price for me. She explored all my options which I really appreciated. I will definitely make this my eye store from now on.
