Do not go here! The doctor was great but the store staff are terrible. They have forgotten about me multiple times, my first time there ordering contacts they forgot to order them for months. I went in to see why I hadn't received my contacts and they said that they weren't ordered and I had to wait longer. I went in during the summer and didn't get the trial pairs until around Halloween of that year. This year I went in to order contacts and glasses and the contacts order kept being delayed, I ordered them in May. I got my ... read more
Super bad customer service. I want to return a pair of glasses and I have been waiting for over thirty min for the manager to get off the phone and the other manager is at lunch.

Took my 90 year old mom to order glasses after her appointment at St. Luke’s. Beatris helped us and she was fabulous - very kind, knowledgeable and professional!
I had an appointment today that I booked online, when I was asked if I was using insurance and pulled out the only info my insurance company has given me so far she started looking at me like I had 4 heads!! Needless to say I told her never mind cancel my appt to which she smirked and said okay instead of doing what the place I drove 14 mins up the street for, who simply put my name and dob and pulled up My insurance right away.
