I have Medicare vision on my plan, although Americas Best does not accept ins. For me that's ok. My insurance cost was twice what I paid at Americas Best for one pair. Besides the cost the optometrist is tops she's like part of my family group and I see her once a year. The staff is dedicated and committed to professionalism through out my experience. 🤓 I would recommend if you want plain simple glasses that come with the promotion.
When I first went in I was a bit skeptical if I could be helped since I had gotten my glasses from a different store. Marisa quickly put my skepticism to rest! She was so kind and took a lot of time with me, to make sure I picked out just the right size glasses to compliment my face! I had a very disappointing experience with Yelena at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The patient I was accompanying is living with dementia and is currently experiencing financial difficulties. I explained this situation to Yelena from the beginning, hoping she would show patience and compassion. Instead, she was extremely pushy throughout the interaction. Tiffany was great. I brought my glasses in for an adjustment and not only did she adjust them but she replaced the nose pieces also. I got more than I expected with a smile and no charge. I definitely recommend America Best and Tiffany.
