Great service and excellent quality of products with a wide variety to choose from! I was having some problems nailing down my insurance information and which frames to choose, but the person who attended me, Sam, provided kind and patient service.
America's Best in Beavercreek did me a real disservice when I went to purchase glasses in December 2024. I returned twice in January and February 2025 because I could not see out of them. The first time I went back, the gentleman who helped me was wonderful. He listened carefully and tried to make adjustments. As usual, I was told to “wear them for a few weeks” to see if my eyes would adjust. After about 3–4 weeks, I returned to the Beavercreek location again. I have been going to this store for over 2 years now. The people there are always kind and knowledgeable. So if you are looking for a great Eyewear store, this is the place to go. I have another Americas Best close to were I work but I always go back to the Beavercreek store because of the people there. GREAT JOB GUYS!
Customer service is outstanding. Pre-testing person was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Doctor was very personable and professional. Best I have seen.
