America's Best in Beavercreek did me a real disservice when I went to purchase glasses in December 2024. I returned twice in January and February 2025 because I could not see out of them. The first time I went back, the gentleman who helped me was wonderful. He listened carefully and tried to make adjustments. As usual, I was told to “wear them for a few weeks” to see if my eyes would adjust. After about 3–4 weeks, I returned to the Beavercreek location again. Online the website says glasses should take 7-10 days to come in, but I waited 2 months for mine. I ordered contacts and glasses but said I would pick up all at once when my glasses were ready and then never heard back from the store. A month into the process I picked up my contacts anyway and asked for an update on my glasses. When a worker checked on my order then she told me they “might” be here sometime next week; I gave it another 2 weeks and then called the store to ask about them again, and apparently they were there ... read more
