Staff was nice, BUT made an online appointment for 2:50pm, got there at 2:40/45ish. I was not seen for my pretest until 3:30. Then found out I was inline with no estimated wait time for a virtual eye doctor. Waited until 4:45pm with no updates from staff of how long it would take for me to be seen or to receive my prescription for glasses (only BTW). So I left. Americas best if for people who have absolutely nothing else to do with their day.
Great place Latoya Just helped me adjust my glasses during a walkin she did a greT and wonderful job. Her and Jeff were a riot. Lol 🤣
This place is outstanding. Everyone I spoke to was helpful!
