Went in for my annual eye exam and It's a virtual eye exam. Something new!!! My tech Kaidyn explained everything to me clearly and was very friendly and kind. During the exam the doctor was on screen and talking to me like he was right in the room. 10 out of 10. Afterwards the manager Carla was such a help with me checking out explained everything to me and provided realistic ETA for the glasses (holidays).. this was a new experience and it worked for me!!! Thank you both again!!!
When i was taking my exam I was confused on the new virtual doctor experience they have in americas best and the assistant at the time would look at me like I was stupid and ask me what about what I just said didnt you understand. She was extremely disrespectful and even complained that I quote "ohhh im just not ready to be here yet" this continued to the very end where I was not told wether to leave or not after I signed the paper for my prescription so as im looking around just to make sure thats all she starts laughing at... read more
Carla welcomed me the second I walked into the store. I needed help putting a lense back into my frame. She fixed my glasses and was very kind to me! I love this store and will come back!
I had an amazing experience with Carla today. I had a weird situation with an incorrect online order and she was able to help me resolve it fast when another store just gave me incorrect information. thank you Carla for saving the day!
