Two cancelled appointments. Then untrainable personnel in the third. Can’t ask for more.
Great experience with the store manager, did my check in, pre-test exam and also checked me out! She literally did EVERYTHING!! Great experience overall, would definitely return.
The staff were super professional and kind! When a very rude man barged in demanding contacts, raising his voice, and blaming them for him forgetting his insurance card, the staff still made sure to finish my appointment all while managing the unhinged man’s tantrum.
