No doctor on site, a virtual eye exam is done. Staff is kinda clueless and not very helpful. The whole process is excruciatingly long and dumb. Just go to Walmart if you need some cheap glasses.
The staff and services here are top tier! I went through a few different hands and everyone was friendly, considerate, and competent. I drove all the way from Jacksonville NC off of a friend's recommendation and I will continue to do so for my contact and spectacles from now on. I even had a few different virtual optomistists that helped throughout my exams. 10/10 would recommend for products and services.
