I couldn't ask for a better experience! It is a beautiful facility with modern computerized equipment. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rotating eye doctor who did my exam, Dr. Whitney, got my prescription perfect and also diagnosed a problem that was missed by other eye doctors. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service. I paid $190 for two pairs of glasses, and one of them was specifically ordered with transition lenses. When I went to pick them up, I was told they made a mistake and didn’t include the transition feature. Instead of correcting their error, they told me I would have to pay an additional $72 to fix it. I had a very disappointing experience, especially with how the situation was handled by the manager. I ordered extra lenses and was never clearly informed about what I was paying for or what would happen to my original lenses. When I came to pick them up, they removed my old lenses and refused to give them back, even though I specifically wanted them as a backup. I stopped in to have a screw replaced in my sunglasses while on vacation in Orlando. The staff treated me with respect and kindness and did a fast and perfect repair at no charge. I am grateful and impressed. Thank you. Wayne Omel
