I was actually excited to have a location right up the street from my home. The optometrist were great but some of the staff you’re greeted with could be more professional. Maybe I went on the wrong day.
I’d been a patient at America’s Best a few years ago with no problems so I did not think twice about visiting them recently. This time was a different experience. I was informed about an hour before my appointment that the doctor was working remotely. I didn’t understand what that meant but once I got there I found out that I would have a virtual appointment. They where very helpful to and the doctor was also great helpfull and very detail period!!
I got charged for a medical visit even though it was just for my eyes. In the end, I paid more than I would have if I'd gone to my PCP.
The GM here is so polite and she took care of my contact order quickly. The eye glass repairman was nice to talk to and fixed my crooked glasses in a few minutes.
