This location did not disappoint. I was treated with respect and courtesy by the entire team. I didn’t have to ask many questions because everything was already explained without having to ask. Brittany was the absolute best at her job. She was patient, polite, and very helpful. Most definitely will return.

I visited the store on Saturday as I had a scheduled appointment! Miss Brittans helped me and was very kind, especially since I don't speak the language fluently. She was kind enough to use appropriate communication methods. I was very satisfied!

The staff are friendly, however, I felt like I got brushed off my last 2 visits with them. I paid for contacts (and the follow up appointment that I was under the impression would be free since I was a club member) even though I complained of increased blurriness compared to previous prescriptions. I was told my eyes would adjust and that it wouldn’t be perfect due to my astigmatism- which I understand but the blurriness was worse with contacts than any other previous prescription.
