Came in for a contact lense exam, I was never called to be notified trail had arrived, I had to call afyer almost 3 weeks. Person at front desk hands me lenses amd thats that, does not ask me to try them or anything, so I walked away confused, lenses were way off.. called them to notify them, had to come in for a second exam, doc "ordered" 2 different lenses to try. Update: I once again attempted to have visionworks purchased glasses adjusted at visionworks, at different location. Pointless. I finally said this is hopeless clearly no one here is trained so why pretend. Went across the street where America's Best once again recognized the shoddy attempt and corrected it. Americas Best truly is the best for any type optical store, their associates do excellent work while many other places will now only adjust glasses purchased from them. I called because my eye doctor’s office gave me the wrong contacts, and they wouldn’t give me a new pair. I spoke with Christian, who was so so so so helpful and was able to get me contacts before my trip!

We’ve been with America’s best for about 5 years already and the service is always at its best. Maddie, one of their specialists is always very helpful and knowledgeable about maximizing our insurance. She’s always friendly and willing to help. Shout out to you, Maddie. I highly recommend AB for all your eye care needs from contacts to eye wear.
