EXCELLENT!! Fantastic service as always, particularly after several horrendous experiences trying to get 1 pr of glasses at visionworks (refer to that review...NEVER go to any of their locations, at least not locally). I gave up and took the frames to America's Best Springhurst, where Christian and Becky (who also previously assisted me at Bashford location) graciously and expertly assisted me in looking for new frames and adjusted my new by then wonky frames that 3 visionworks associates (2 with major attitude, 1 very nice ... read more
I got in and out very quickly. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue is the woman who did my pre exam told me the "extra" testing was included in the price deal but turns out it was an extra $30 that I had to pay.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff and I was in and out quickly.
Everything was top notch. I love my glasses. The staff and doctors were all fabulous. I saved a ton of money and my glasses are beautiful and fit perfectly.
In and out without a doubt best appointment .. the pre test lady was really nice and she even give me 25 % off everything
