I brought 2 pairs of glasses almost 1 month ago. When I went to pick them up, I was disappointed to hear that the cleaning cloths were out. Therefore I brought one. Today I just left trying to retrieve my microfiber cloths. I was told they weren't in, and they might not be getting them again. Unacceptable. I got my glasses in a plastic cases. The Clinton location is much better than the Forestville location. I like the customer service and Alpha is amazing at making sure you're getting the best prices. She even took the time to compare prices at the clinic vs other places. The only thing I don't like is how I had to wait 2+ hours for an eye exam and to meet with an eye doctor virtually. Sometimes you'll have to wait 15+ minutes to see an eye doctor if you go during busy hours.
