I have not yet visited this location, however Ethan, the General Manager, helped me tremendously over the phone. I explained the experience I had at another office from the same company, and he took the time to listen and address all of my concerns. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, I was able to place an order for my daughter’s contacts without any issues. I am truly grateful for his help and excellent customer service.
The only reason I gave them 4stars..Is because it wasn't explained to me that the doctor/ exam was virtual. The customer service was amazing!! However this one thing would've made a big difference. My preference is in person care. Overall a great experience with the staff..
I visited this America's Best in clinton for the first time in December and found out I needed to renew my prescription per my Representative Amani..who was so kind as to try to get me an appointment same day. Unfortunately she couldn't so I scheduled it for today and it was a extremely smooth and great experience. I also saw Winter during the first part of my eye exam she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were extremely nice at this location. My second pair of glasses was misplaced and the technician made sure he found them for me and had even placed an order to have them remade but he luckily found them by the next day. My daughter said they called to tell me the glasses came in, but that was after the technician had already called me personally to tell me he found them & I picked them up.
