I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Upon entering and greeting the representative with a “good morning,” I was met with a comment that she was overworked and underpaid. After that, I ended up waiting an hour for a pre-scheduled appointment, only to finally give up and leave. This is unacceptable service. I strongly recommend looking for another location or considering a different establishment altogether. Avoid this one.

I brought 2 pairs of glasses almost 1 month ago. When I went to pick them up, I was disappointed to hear that the cleaning cloths were out. Therefore I brought one. Today I just left trying to retrieve my microfiber cloths. I was told they weren't in, and they might not be getting them again. Unacceptable. I got my glasses in a plastic cases. Not aesthetically pleasing but ok. But now I don't get cleaning cloths either? This is BAD BUSINESS. I’m not asking for anything I don't rightfully deserve. Please get those cleaning cl... read more
The Clinton location is much better than the Forestville location. I like the customer service and Alpha is amazing at making sure you're getting the best prices. She even took the time to compare prices at the clinic vs other places. The only thing I don't like is how I had to wait 2+ hours for an eye exam and to meet with an eye doctor virtually. Sometimes you'll have to wait 15+ minutes to see an eye doctor if you go during busy hours.
