The staff was nice to me. I have no issues with the employees. However, the company I do take issue with. Number one the pricing is deceptive. They bait you in by making it sound like a very cheap price. But it is nearly impossible to get out of there with glasses for that low. Number two they do not take all insurance companies. In fact while I was there I heard the lady at the counter tell a customer "sorry we don't take that insurance". Same thing she said about mine which is a different company.
