More like Americas worst….. I came in Yesterday just to get a contact prescription and instead I left feeling not heard and belittled. My questions were answered with a snarky tone and attitude .The doctor was rude and the people at the fromt desk didn’t know what they were doing at alI, it took them an hour to figure if my insurance was covered. It wasnt till after my exam was already done and it was time to pay I found it was not covered, I had to ask them if my insurance covered anything, if not they wouldnt have told me.... read more
