I am updating the review with 3 stars because everyone there today was very courteous and professional. Still, this company needs to get organized. Everything I said in the previous review still happened, and shouldn't. Here's what I said: "You send a lot of emails and texts for simple appointment reminders, which I can't unsubscribe since you may send something important. We were treated with amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!
Angela is the best helpful caring and explains everything in detail about different types of lens and she will never hurry you. The other employees are also super friendly and professional. If you want to be treated right this is the only place to go
I love americas best went to the location in Gadsden Alabama everyone was very nice and helpful said my glasses would be back in 2 weeks they were back within a week went to pick them up today tried them on they fit and they're the right strength I'm so pleased and will be going back when I need more glasses Tinkuah was very nice and friendly paid more than $89.95 but I had to have bifocals I got two pairs of glasses for what I would have paid for one somewhere else I'd definitely recommend americas best to anyone.
We had a wonderful experience this morning with Angela at the Gadsden America's Best She helped my boyfriend out after losing a lens in his new eyeglasses and we will be picking up his new pair in a week or 2. Thank ya'll so much!!
