I had a very unprofessional experience during my appointment on August 8, 2026. I called on August 7 to schedule my appointment and specifically asked that my insurance be run beforehand so I would know exactly what I would be responsible for paying out of pocket. Michelle scheduled my appointment, and at the end of my visit, I was initially told that I owed $165. The staff are so accommodating and caring. They helped me pick out a perfect pair of glasses. The optometrist is so informative too. This is my favorite location.
