My contact prescription is not right at all, and I was dumb enough to trust a doctor who conducted the exam over Zoom. When I got my sample contacts, each eye was a different brand- so I thought maybe that’s why they weren’t quite right. Now that I’ve ordered both eyes from the same brand, I realize the prescription is so far from correct. Now I’m overseas and don’t know how to get this issue fixed. This location is terrible. The staff is rude and unfriendly. They are on their phones the whole time and when I would ask questions the small girl who works there was acting like I was a bother. No one tried to help me or offer any assistance and they were talking about other patients outloud while people were in the store which seems unprofessional to me. Idk would not recommend coming here the receptions in the front was nice but that’s it

If you’re looking for place where the technician is going to be doing your test under the influence of either drugs or drunk this is the place for you this young lady colored hair Mia was her name made sure to ask was high or drunk during her doing my pre test on her phone while she had me just seating on the machines for additional test which where not free while she was texting I had to go get another test done at another optometry office come to find out the prescription they gave me was completely wrong !! I’m Writing this review on my mother’s behalf My mother want to recognize Belen for her amazing job she does there Belen goes above and beyond to always help my mom when she steps in that location Belen is very polite always happy to help her always answer her questions and takes her time never has rushed her my mom wants to thank Belen for being an absolute wonderful person
