I ordered a pair of lenses on the 18 th of July. I got an email saying that they would be in the store on the 26 th of July and tomorrow will be Aug 1 at and still no lenses this will be my last time shopping with you.
Ive been to 2 different locations today. Neither of which had a doctor in today. I called Pell City location, they said that they have a doctor in today. So I drive over an hour away walk in and they told me the doctor just left for lunch and won't be back for an hour and a half or so. This is absolutely pathetic.
Had a great experience at the Pell City store. The manager is awesome. She turned a bad situation into a great one!
Kelsey was absolutely amazing! So sweet and very caring about her patients. Incredible taste for frames as well. All of the staff were wonderful. Would recommend going here if you have lots of questions, they have the answers!
