Just went in today to get contacts. The process of ordering the contacts was fine but the issue was I asked if I can get trails until the ones I ordered come in. I was told no because there is not a doctor there to approve that. I have never had that issue. I have always been able to get trials untill my actual contacts come in I was told by the associate that she has checked my prescription and they don’t have it.
