Absolutely the best experience by any of the locations I’ve ever had!!!! The Store manager Stephanie(hope I spelled right) ensured that any issue I had with other location @ 12548 Westheimer Rd got taken care of she made sure months of problems from the other store went away in less than 2 weeks 🥰 thank you for doing what SO MANY PPL couldn’t and that’s being the perfect version of customer service thank you thank you thank you!!! I will gladly drive to this location with no hesitation
Went to appointment a little late abs they still welcome me after that grace period. The staff was very sweet and took time out to make sure I was happy with the glasses I wanted. Even helped fine a deal that was great with my insurance.
Everyone was so helpful, especially Sara!
Came in today to simply adjust my son’s glasses and Lola the receptionist was not welcoming at all. Had a ‘I don’t even want to be here face’ and definitely had a ‘I don’t want to help anyone’ attitude. After rudely helping us she didn’t say bye or anything. If you don’t want to be at work then call off and stay your attitude self home.
