Good service but pricing has gone up a lot since last time I was there
Hola yo fui hace un mes y pagué 506 dólar por mis lentes y lentes de contacto me hicieron examen me cobraron otros 20 dólar más por examen para ver atrás de mi ojo y asta ahorita no me dieron mis lentes de contacto adecuados o los k yo necesito para mis ojos y entonces le dije al doctor k mejor Keria lentes normales unas gafas y me dijo k si entonces pase con las señoritas y me dijieron k tenía k pagar más de 100 dólar por otros lentes les dije k yo no iba a pagar más no se porque me cobraron tanto pedí una explicación y le ... read more
Absolutely the best experience by any of the locations I’ve ever had!!!! The Store manager Stephanie(hope I spelled right) ensured that any issue I had with other location @ 12548 Westheimer Rd got taken care of she made sure months of problems from the other store went away in less than 2 weeks 🥰 thank you for doing what SO MANY PPL couldn’t and that’s being the perfect version of customer service thank you thank you thank you!!! I will gladly drive to this location with no hesitation
