I’ve been a loyal customer of America’s Best and even purchased five pairs of glasses in a single month. One of those pairs, which I barely wore 3–4 times, had a screw break on its own. When I returned to the store, I was told the warranty had expired, and the only solution offered was to buy a new frame for $79—for glasses I practically never used! the ladies at the front desk and exam room were amazing, and this was relatively quick service! however, the “doctor” is extremely under qualified. he looked to be in his late 20s, but i honestly couldnt give you a name because i left there so upset. i went in here with a problem i have been having with my eye for a few months, and was told “it happens sometimes”. no diagnosis, no remedies, no recommendations. i had to even ASK if eye drops would be a good solution, and at that point, he proceeded to tell me a “green bottle ... read more

Thank you for your incredible customer service Janis, Tabitha and CaNiesha to name a few. From speaking to the receptionist at the front to walking out the door with a brand new pair of contacts, the experience was professional and the environement was welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone!
