Great location, great staff. Unfortunately staff has to deal with machine problems and remote optometrist which has caused a lot of rescheduling of appointments. I don't mind too much and they have been very kind throughout the process and it's not the staffs fault.., but this location really just needs to hire an in person optometrist again. Hoping the management/owners read this and make a change.
Would not recommend. Visit took a very long time and was with a virtual doctor. That was a little less than a year ago. They said they took my insurance. Got a bill today (almost a year later) saying that insurance was denied.
Rushed in and out, felt like the eye doctor had better things to do than check my eyes.
very pleasant and kind when replacing my glasses lens that had popped out. I appreciate their expertise in fixing my glasses.
We have had wonderful service. My husband has had his frames repaired twice, due to a puppy. He has also had the lenses replaced and the nose pieces.
