Staff was nice, was called and told my glasses were in and they were not just the toppers. They were not supposed to call me until everything came in. I drove an hour and 20 minutes. Later I had to call and ask if my glasses were in and they were. Just needs to be more organized. Other than that very nice place.

I came with my daughter for her eye exam and to get glasses for her.the person that waited on her was Brian, so while she was having her eye exam i asked Brian if he could help me because I had my prescription from eye doctor he said that he could. He was so knowledgeable on everything. I'm a senior and on MediGold he looked up what I could get from MediGold. I’ve been to several America’s Best locations and have seen many eye doctors over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I traveled six hours to visit this location because it was the only affordable option available to me, as there is no location in my current state. The doctor, Dr. Kritika Salooja, was extremely dismissive and appeared irritated from the very start of the virtual appointment. Terrible experience. Staff is incredibly rude & inconsiderate of everyone’s feelings. Definitely need to take a class on compassion.
