Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I scheduled an appointment and they called me back the next day trying to reschedule. I work 7 days a week, and had one day off for this. They said it would be a remote visit. The appointment takes 2 hours because after leaving the FaceTime video with the doctor the people at the counter can't find the brand or prescription of contacts the doctor selected. Was told they did a "diagnostic" prescription. Tried to give me a proscription that was locked and wouldn't be able to get contacts w... read more
Had to go a total of 5 times to get my glasses close to right and still my old prescription is better. They messed up the focal point of my lenses twice. And the glasses were much more expensive than advertised. This was my 2nd year going there and illvnever go back.
I went in with a budget, a wonderful woman named Angel helped me out sooo much when we got to the end and I was $56 over what I had available. She worked her magic & got me almost $100 below what I thought I was spending! 5/5, will be back again!!
I was in and out under an hour. Good recommendations from staff but they weren't pushy upsetting me
Staff was nice, was called and told my glasses were in and they were not just the toppers. They were not supposed to call me until everything came in. I drove an hour and 20 minutes. Later I had to call and ask if my glasses were in and they were. Just needs to be more organized. Other than that very nice place.
