Have been coming here for the past few years. I have not had any negative experience with this location. You can easily schedule your appointment online and you have the option to edit/confirm/cancel/reschedule. Very easy to navigate. You can also do all your paperwork prior to the appointment (they send it to you via automated e-mail after you book the appointment). The wait time is reasonable. I was skeptical at first, but so happy I chose to buy glasses here. My glasses fit and the service was excellent. There was no sticker shock. I’d recommend them.
Staff was all kind and friendly but waited close to 2 hrs to see telehealth eye dr. Which I didn’t see because I could no longer wait. They apparently can’t handle the case load they have and need to work on maybe better scheduling or not offering the telehealth service. What they are doing now isn’t working. My time is important as well and they wasted it.
Some of my eye function improved, right eye 20/20 but has a new astigmatism. . New glasses, both pair, cause headaches because the right lens is blurry causing all vision to be blurry. Not safe to drive with either. I asked to fix this problem and they refused. Now I’m $400. Down with no glasses to wear. If there’s a problem they refuse follow ups in this office.
