Terrible customer service. CSR tried to offer me an appt that starts in 15 mins at a location that’s 30 mins away. They have signs out that say walk-ins welcomed but when you walk-in they state it’s only if the have available slots! How is that a walkin if you still have to make an appt for a slot

I mean... it's corporate. I shouldn't expect alot. Really tried to upsell. Sadly, the thing that upset me the most is I spent $300 on my daughters designer glasses, and this is the case that came with it? Pretty cheap if you ask me.
Americas Best is great however this location has very poor customer service . The young lady that worked with me spoke very low it sounded like she was mumbling. The energy was not welcoming. I waited a week for them to give me the wrong glasses. When I called I was left on hold for over 10 minutes. I do not recommend this specific location at all.
Super helpful and super affordable! I love coming in here and getting all sorted. They have lots of options to fit my whole family and the staff is great.
