Although I purchased my glasses in Florida, I stopped by this America’s Best to have them adjusted as traveling has not been kind to my frames. I was greeted warmly by the desk staff and directed to the optician. Juan A leapt into action to fix my wonky glasses that were rubbing my ear and causing me to not want to wear them. He tightened the screws, adjusted the alignment and tweaked them just right! I would highly recommend this location and especially Juan!

I will not return and could not recommend to anyone with confidence. The doctor was great, but I asked multiple times before coming and upon arrival (before my exam) how much it would be. I was told one price coming and another exiting. The point of confirming was to ensure it was within my budget BEFORE proceeding. Despite the misinformation on their end, no one apologized for the misquote or expressed any care whatsoever. No concession or adjustment was made and they refused to give me my prescriptions.

Thought I might try a new brand of contacts. Doctor writes prescription for new brand and gives me trial pairs. I don’t wear contacts often, so after some time of trying the contacts, I decide I want to go back to the brand I’ve used for LITERALLY the last like 2-3 yrs from Americas best. I call the store to ask them can they switch the brand and they tell me I have to come in for a WHOLE new prescription and a WHOLE new eye exam. this is the worst eye place i’ve ever been too i went their to get glasses and i got the wrong prescription and then they did fit my glasses properly to my face then i had to go back to them 3 times to try to fix them just for it to be worst if i was you never go here they are useless and waste of your money never going back. but then i went to the one in plano off the expressway they even said this was terrible and i got the proper glasses and amazing treatment their go their not this poor treatment one.
