I never write reviews. It took a total of three months to walk away with the correct lens prescription due to multiple errors made by multiple people. Go somewhere else, literally anywhere else
I ordered my glasses on February 27and it is now March 17 and i still dont have my glasses. I NEED THEM TO SEE!! If im going to have to wait this long, I might as well order them from now on!
Got an appointment easy visit was really smooth loved the staff loved the dr but when they say 7-10 days and it’s going on 3 weeks and still no glasses it’s frustrating.
Great work Deanna made sure i got the best bang for my buck when it came to my glasses!
The staff is always so wonderful and pleasant. It's the only place I feel comfortable enough to go and always feel welcomed. I got my glasses sooner than the time frame given which was incredible. I love how the Dr explains everything when reviewing your exam results with you. They have a variety of frames and the prices aren't outrageous. Thank you for all you do, continue doing an amazing job.
