Five star review from me . These people are amazing. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend.
They really suck at getting orders delivered or notifying patients when they have received them. Due to the fact nobody reached out to let me know they were available for pickup, I had to leave town. So now I’m going to be without contacts after paying the office nearly 300.00 and it’s ALL due to lack of communication from the eye doctor. Very disappointed. Don’t go here if you need confidence in getting what you pay for.
VERY SLOW TURN AROUND TO GET GLASSES. WHEN I CALL TO ASK THEY SAY THEY ARE FINISHED BUT THE LAB STILL HAS NOT BROUGHT THEM. THE EYE DOC WAS GREAT B UT THE REST OF THE SERVICES ARE MEDIOCRE. I WILL PROBABLY GO SOMEWHERE NEW NEXT YEAR
Aweful, no sense of anxiety issues and very pushy, Dr treats you like a child, and honestly if you don't act her way she'll just throw you out and tell you to find a new provider. Absolutely the worst location I've ever been to and I've been a customer for a long time as I have eye exams paid all the way till 2027 but now can't use it because the Dr has her panties too tight in a wad.
