America's best was wrong when I went for my appointment. They told me it's going to be and hour behind when I was there on time so I went to go pick up my wife at Walmart and came back they took someone else and it hasn't been an hour,I was very missed i will not go there again..
No one answers the phone.. Horrible customer service.
These people told me twice that my glasses were shipped out to me. I waited a few days still no glasses I called again last Thursday I was told sorry we didn’t ship them but they shipped out today you should have them on Monday. Here’s Monday still no glasses so I called again they weren’t even shipped the lady said “sorry they were shipped today” I’ve dealt with a headache for well over week bc I don’t have them also cannot drive at night without them. I never write reviews. It took a total of three months to walk away with the correct lens prescription due to multiple errors made by multiple people. Go somewhere else, literally anywhere else
I ordered my glasses on February 27and it is now March 17 and i still dont have my glasses. I NEED THEM TO SEE!! If im going to have to wait this long, I might as well order them from now on!
