Staff is outstanding!!!
Called back to get my prescription and was told they can only fax the prescription. Yes because all of us individuals have ancient technology in our houses these days. No email, no text, no telling what it is over the phone. oh yes I was welcome to drive the 45 minutes back up there and get the information. I had no idea my prescription was top secret info!!
The docs know their stuff! The employees are genuinely nice people! I have never had a bad experience with this location and I would refer anyone who needs contacts or glasses to America's Best in Alabaster.
