I recently had an eye exam and was fitted for new progressive lenses at this location. This was my first visit, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The technician who handled my pre-screening was very courteous and explained all the procedures. My wait time was very reasonable, and Dr. Gandhi was so very pleasant and professional. They were nice when I went for the appointment. Optometrist seems put off and doesn’t really want to do an eye exam. Purchased 2 pairs of glasses at full rate with everything they suggested. First pair I can read and walk around in ok, second pair I can see my computer and read with but can’t walk around and see. Between both I have a good pair of glasses just too bad they couldn’t get them right so I had 2 pair of good glasses. Went back for a third try. Big mistake on my part. i found what i needed fast and the staff was super helpful. they helped me pick out frames that actually look good on me. it was quick and painless, which is rare for me when getting glasses. definitely coming back next time i need an eye exam.
Yesterday, I went to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses to see a doctor without an appointment because my eye was hurting and swollen. I asked the receptionist if there was any way I could see the doctor. She said, “Let me ask the doctor,” and after a few minutes she came back and said that the doctor could see me, but it would cost up $60.
