Everyone was very polite and helpful. I did not have a long wait time and was able to leave with correct contacts. Normally out of stock for my prescription strength. Much better experience here than at the Hoover location. Glad I swapped to the alabaster location!
Helped me with my emergency contact situation and they were very helpful, polite and considerate to my needs!
Came in and immediately they saw to my issue. I broke my glasses and the General Manager Toni Oyer got right to work making sure she could make my glasses as good as new. Had a full conversation with me and even made me laugh while she worked. All the employees were awesome. Bunch of young nice ladies in there, all with bright smiles. Even the Doctor came out who just got done examining a patient, came and laughed with us too. The whole visit was quick, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great eye care! 👓 I found the cutest pair or glasses with the help of staff! 😊
