I’ve gone here for years and have had the same continuous issue, the doctors rush you out as fast as possible. The whole point of going to these places is to ensure you get the correct prescription and then get your contacts/glasses based on that. I constantly have had to tell them to slow down and let me figure out which phoropter lens is making my vision clearer or worse. I have used Americas Best for years now and this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this . It was absolutely awful and extremely frustrating! The doctor was great. He was quick and had my prescription on point. The interaction after that was quite unpleasant. Tlady helping me was Adriana. She did not explain the breakdown of what I was paying for, only asked how I was paying and She interrupted me constantly.
