Tammy was so disrespectful towards me and mom telling me that my Insurance couldn’t cover my eye appointment and telling me to not come there i just want to say that so people don’t go there no more

The person I. Front was very polite and knowledgeable she was great i think her name was Tammy
This place is a joke. Called two months ahead for an appointment and was just notified they had to cancel my confirmed appointment because the doctor will actually be on vacation and they cannot get me in the next available because the doctor is booked. If you make a mistake, make it right! Very sad.
Tammy was most helpful with adjusting my glasses.
