Dr is great. But regarding order for contacts they won't contact you if you're stuff is on backorder...just stuck waiting...quick to take your money but leave in you in the dust for your order.

Horrible experience on Monday the 10th of February 2025 late afternoon-ish. I walked in and not greeted at all by anyone. Sales guy was helping a customer and the customer was really weird. I was standing behind him looking at frames and the customer seemed pissed at me for being there. Like I have no right to look at frames too? The sales guy didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I got the free eye exams and paid for two glasses for my two teenage daughters and got one free because my personal glasses did not meet their specifications. Thanks guys... I was so happy
