I was working memorial day morning and my glasses were super loose on my face and kept falling. I called and asked for the hours since it was a holiday. They closed at 5 and the sweet lady who adjusts the glasses was going to leave a little earlier. I got off at 3 and called again just to make sure she would be there. The super sweet employee John said she would wait for me. I sped over and had my glasses fixed by Maria. Thank you Maria and John for the help and amazing interaction!
"Worst customer service – Do not go here!" I had an awful experience at this location yesterday. The manager treated me with disrespect and made racist remarks towards me. I walked out of the store feeling humiliated and deeply hurt. It is unacceptable for a manager to treat customers this way. I will never return, and I highly recommend everyone to avoid this establishment.
I want to give a shout out to the excellent team of America’s best in Raritan location. I’ve been a customer with them for 3-4 years and I always have a very pleasant experience there. This is a very well run location with easy scheduling, and I never have to wait for a long time. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. I am reading reviews as I am ready to make an appointment. My last visit Dr. Lee was amazing, so thorough, very gentle and kind. My script was spot on with the changes I noticed going into the appointment. My eyes are checked my a neuro and retinal ophthalmology group ( due to my multiple sclerosis) yearly and they find no issue with my script from Dr Lee. Went to get my glasses readjusted and this guy who was dressed really unprofessionally decided he would try and adjust my glasses. He took a very long time to do the job and clearly didn’t know what he was doing as all I needed was some screws tightened. He ended up scratching my lenses with whatever he was trying to do. Also he was very obnoxious trying to get into my business which I didn’t like. Very disappointed in my service as I’ve been a customer here for a long and I definitely won’t be coming back until he’s gone.
