The manager working this store site did not deliver a welcoming and helpful experience when I went to go buy glasses with my friend. Will not be returning.
I’ve been to this location several times before and always had a great experience, but since the new General Manager took over, the atmosphere has definitely changed. The new GM tends to speak to both customers and staff with a condescending tone, which makes the experience uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the team here is friendly and hardworking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on creating a more respectful environment for everyone.
I have been getting my glasses from this location for a few years now and honestly I have NEVER been disappointed.. Everyone is so nice and very helpful.. They always explain everything to me.. I have recommended a few people and they love it there as well..
