Making appts is way enough however the staff is either sneaky or uneducated on products. I asked for 3montg supply of contacts the staff member argued with me at 4 boxes was 3months, it's not it's 6months. I wasn't planning on spending as much. Please know the products and don't argue with customers.
The staff are really nice and helpful. The reason for the three stars is because the manager and the doctor are very rude. They definitely need a lesson in customer service.
Horrible customer service experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I honestly don’t even want to go back. Instead of de-escalating the situation Tracy from Store 5058 decided it was okay to argue with me in front of other customers. Waited a long time for one box of contact lenses. Instead of expediting the process she and another associate decided to have a personal conversation in front of me.
Incompentent & unprofessional. Ordered 2 pair of glasses recd 2 incorrect pair. 2nd time i recd 1 correct pair and 1 wrong. I had to go back three times! The General manager Arlayne then attempted to blame me for the mix stating, I must have given them the wrong glasses, Despite the fact that I had taken a picture of myself IN the glasses before I walked up to the desk!
