I was a loyal customer in the Deptford store for years. I had an instant connection with Bella. She moved on and I wasn't happy there . Not the same. I went to Glassboro and found the connection I was missing. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. They make me laugh and I make them laugh. 5 visits in and I wont go anywhere else. I would advised to beware when dealing with this location folks. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the America’s Best location in Glassboro, NJ, particularly with how my warranty replacement issue has been handled and the unprofessionalism from Rachel who is supposed to be a co-manager who does not seem to fit the America Best employee standards at the bare minimum. They do not even return calls for your mothers glasses when they are ready to be picked up. Rude receptionist lady.
All I can figure out is these reviews have to be fake. I have never had such a bad experience ongoing with a business in my life. The first time I walked into that location they were berating another customer, and when she left, they continued to talk about her in front of the other customers. After leaving, I reached out to corporate, and I felt like they “heard” me. However, they were unable to send me my prescription and I had to deal with the store directly.
