Went to the store 9/25/25 at open time to discus getting my glasses replaced as they was scratched up. (Being my second pair) and hearing I had been cleaning them wrong the lady behind the front counter at 9:30am said just once they’d make an acceptation to replace them one more time for free as i wasn’t aware of the cleaning method. Fast forward to 10/02/25 I called to see if th new glasses were ready for collection to be told that I wasn’t getting the pair replaced as promised.
