Kimberly at America’s Best was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, patient, and helpful while assisting my son. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure he felt comfortable throughout the visit, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We’ve constantly had a bad experience with this place. Not to mention the response team that replies to these reviews says to contact them but we left a email to the one provided and they haven’t responded after all these months. I went to the Americas Best in Marysville however, and they are amazing people. I’d recommend going there instead for sure!
Went in for eye exam was prescribed the exact opposite of what I needed. Then they wanted me to pay more to fix the glasses. I asked if I could just return them, she said yes but my exam was 69$ so I walked out with no money owed. But why should I have to pay for an exam that was wrong. Definitely don't recommend.
