Went in for eye exam was prescribed the exact opposite of what I needed. Then they wanted me to pay more to fix the glasses. I asked if I could just return them, she said yes but my exam was 69$ so I walked out with no money owed. But why should I have to pay for an exam that was wrong. Definitely don't recommend.
Amazing staff!
I went there and had good service, however, when I got my glasses, I couldn't see any better then my old glasses and somewhat wrost. When I told the glasses back and lady tried adjusting the glasses for a half hour. Now not only can't I see that well, they don't stay on my face anymore. I'm going to discard them and pay for a new pair somewhere else.
Richard and the actual eye doctor were phenomenal! So professional and so kind!! However, the lady at the front desk (blonde, shoulder length hair) was not. While Richard was helping me with picking glasses towards the end of my visit, the blonde lady started to have a confrontation (loudly) with him right in front of me. I was so uncomfortable. Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been there before and I was simply about 5 minutes late today because of traffic and the blonde older lady canceled my appointment. I live all the way in Arlington and they tried to get me a scheduled appointment for later on instead, absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back here!
