Great staff and service!
I cannot say enough about the great service that I received at this location and most especially the service that I received from John— customer service is nonexistent these days, but this young man took the time to listen to my concerns, shook my hand, and let me know that if I had any problems, I was welcome to come back for an adjustment, no matter how many times it took. Outstanding service, hands down. A true asset to your brand. You all should get him to teach customer service to all the employees.
I’m giving a 3 mainly because of the front office staff. They were professional and attentive, as well as the pre examination. The actual examination was a different story. I brought my diaghter because she lost her glasses and her regular eye Dr is out of town. She was due for an exam so this worked out. We were brought in to the exam room and the Dr performed the exam however when it came time to the prescription part (choosing 1 or 2) the Dr was scrolling the internet while asking my daughter questions the whole time (I h... read more
I wish I would have found this place sooner. I've been in now 3 times for different people in my family to get glasses in the past year. We get exceptional service every time & great deals on frames/lenses. I don't normally review places, but Jon, Ashley, and the GM, Shelly, helped take care of us during our most recent 2 visits, and I just felt like they needed a shout out for the way they took care of us.
