Jon was very a knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I enjoyed working with him. This was my first experience with America’s best.
My brother came in today for an eye exam scheduled at 12:15 pm and he was there promptly at 12:00 pm.He was "checked in" and was sent to the back to wait. At 1:00 pm he was still waiting so I spoke with the receptionist about the wait and was told she doesn't not know how much longer and she can't find his file so shes assuming the doctor had it but never verified. Went in for a minor repair on a pair of sunglasses. John was amazing!! He took care of the issue and even warrantied the glasses with a full replacement!!! 10/10 for customer service!!!
I love this place! Jon was wonderful and helped me understand my options and insurance. After a not so great experience at another place, I postponed getting my eyes checked for a couple of years. Dr. Harwell was wonderful and my new prescription is perfect! I will never go to another place.
I had my granddaughter tested for contacts. I paid 129 for the slub price. Afterwards she is ha ING trouble learning to put the in. They refused to let us take them home. They said the exam comes with a trial pair. So they lied. I have now been told that is against the law. They did t eve. Gi e us the script for contacts. For years my husband a.d could t get his in do I put them in for him. She is only 11. I would give them a 0 but 1 is as low as it will let me. I do not recommend them at all.
