Took an eye exam, picked out frames .came back two weeks later to pick them up they were terrible. I had double vision. I was told the frames were too big .I picked out another frame came back in 10 days still double vision .the sales person tried to tell me id have to get used to them and to wear them for a few hours a day .then i was told by a worker( i knew the other frames weren't the problem). they spoke with the doctor did not re-examine me and said that they would fix them with a pretty large attitude as if i was bein... read more

As I look at this review score here it just blows my mind. People must just be very hard to please because to not give this specific America’s best a five star reading. I don’t know if this is from a while ago because it has changed and so much for the better Jennifer, Marissa and the eye doctor are the best. They will do whatever they can to make sure that you can afford what you want. They’ll pull every discount every coupon that they can find to help you And the doctor is very informative. They definitely gained a customer today I had a issue with my glasses breaking and the super friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there able to see.
Well, I will say this my insurance may not cover this place, but I’m still willing to leave where I’m at just because of Marissa you have to face it. All these vision places are pretty much around the same place. It’s about the customer service at least for me, especially when it comes to my little guys and the way she just treated me. I would probably go nowhere else if you want customer service that you are treated like a patient and not a number I would highly recommend this specific America’s best.
