They treat like family and they help you all the way through the process I will recommend this place . I love they eyes club membership club it worth thank you all the stuff and the doctors
Had a great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. My grandfathers glasses broke, and Tim and Leah were incredibly kind and helpful while trying to fix them for me. They even took the time to clean them, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and genuinely caring staff, thank you both!
Waited 2 weeks for my glasses and both pairs were wrong. Gave me the 2 pairs exactly the same and I ordered a blue pair and a tan with rhinestones. The order was all screwed up. Never even gave me the 1 right pair. Well I thought ok, I’ll have to reorder them. Mistakes can happen. However neither frame was there anymore. No one could give me an answer why this happened, or why the frames were not available anymore. I got a refund. Never will I deal with them again or recommend them. Horrible experience. I walked in asked about possible eye exam, lady behind the desk looked at me like I was crazy and made a face. When the doctor came out he shrugged and looked defeated when he saw he had a potential client. No one helped the one person who was there working looked more interested in his instagram than the people there !! Do not recommend !
