We used to go to the East Northport location which recently closed so went to Centerreach and can say enough good things about the manager and staff. Even though it’s not close to where we live, they definitely earned our business going forward.
Would not recommend paperwork was filled out online waited for the appointment waited all day, got in there and then was told they didn’t take the insurance. Several text messages and phone calls, confirming the appointment. Employees behind the counter very unprofessional. Place looks like a very flyby night operation. Place looks like it’s falling apart

Disappointing Service Experience I recently visited this store and had a vastly different experience from my previous visit a week ago. Last time, the staff were professional and courteous. However, this time, I felt like an inconvenience. When I entered, the worker (not the same one of last time) seemed disinterested, didn't greet me, and didn't offer assistance.
