I walked in asked about possible eye exam, lady behind the desk looked at me like I was crazy and made a face. When the doctor came out he shrugged and looked defeated when he saw he had a potential client. No one helped the one person who was there working looked more interested in his instagram than the people there !! Do not recommend !
If I could give a 0 I would. This was hands down the worst company I had ever dealt with in my 48 years of living. I went there for a appointment today and they did my eye test and I was then waiting for the dr I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hrs for a tech to come in and tell me sorry we need to reschedule. And no I’m not exaggerating I waited exactly 2hrs 38min. They are a beaten switch. Promise you 2 pairs of glasses whipped frames and progressive lenses for 195.00 what failed to mention, there are limited, progressive lenses? Oh, the ones that are good for your site. Ohh, that $300 a pair do not go to them.They're a ripoff
Highly recommend. Dr. Malinowski is extremely thorough and equally as pleasant to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to ensure a thorough exam. Jess, the manager, was extremely helpful and equally as sweet helping me choose the right frames for my needs. Definitely give this place a try.
Attempted to call to schedule an appointment as a new customer and was met by a rude employee who stated he was too busy to help. Found out all I needed to know about "Americas Best".
