Today was supposed to be the 2nd visit since my first one was cancelled. I drive 1 hour out of my way after setting up a month out to being told they need to reschedule they can’t have two diabetics in a row. They told me this should have been rescheduled days ago but missed it and now I’m being turned away! Not my fault do your job! 1 hour out of my way waste of gas waste of time
They had great selection on glasses took my insurance i bought the care package for contacts my contacts are in backorder great at emailing me right away letting me know 🙃 so if your in hurry getting contacts fast may have to figure out another way My glasses came on time fit perfect 👌 a d feel comfortable everyone was great to work with didn't take to much of my time which help me because I'm a busy person
I will say I have never had an issue with the staff before. Here is my issue. Last month, I woke up with an eye infection and my eye was swollen. I made an appointment to see the eye doctor to see what was going on. So, they get me in. I did the eye exams before seeing the doctors which was fine. Then the doctor calls me in. He is checking my eye asking me questions if I had pain/ discomfort/ if I had taken any medication, I said no. So far, no issues. He said he wasn't entirely sure what was going on.
