Stay away! Came here 2 years ago, had a terrible experience. Came in back in May just for a screw. Met their new optician John who fixed them for me. I told him about my bad experience and why I go someplace else now. He took the glasses and in TEN DAMN MINUTES FIXED THE PROBLEM I HAD FOR 2 YEARS! and not just fixed them he explained the problem to me and why what he did fixed it. Awesome at his job!! I would like to thank Dana Sherman. I had ordered two pairs of glasses. After receiving, there needed to be a small adjustment. I came back and was received warmly and professionally by the staff. They corrected the adjusment with genuine warmth and concern. Thank you!! Michelle Israel
I have used the same old reading glasses for my computer for years and they finally broke. I came here and worked with the optician on staff named John. He told me my script was outdated and I initially got mad thinking he was just trying to talk me into spending more money on an exam. But then he explained the promotion I was there for covered an exam too for the same price. So I did the exam. First, I will say I did not purchase the advertised $85 dollar exam and two pair of glasses deal. I paid $493.00 for exam and two pair of glasses. I ordered them on 4/24 with an expected date of 5/7. Not hearing from them, I called on 5/8 for a status on my order and was told I could come in anytime; they were at the store. Shame the customer needs to call to find out if their order has arrived.
