My experience this year was very long waiting to get in ,and very short with the rude OD not even sure what her title or her name my contacts were not ready for almost 5 months, and they do not have to many choices to pick from for glasses. I did expect more from Americas Best , Being that the first time My family spent a lot of money there , we had a very professional experience . Unsure of what has changed
It was positively great. The girl was so nice and helpful, I really had a great experience. Also thank you for the discount that you sent me, please send more, I need more glasses but money is tight so a discount always brings me back.
Best glasses experience ever. EVER! Walked in with broken frames. Half an hour before we were supposed to play a volleyball game. Didnt buy 'em here, just looking for help. Whole staff sprang into action and saved the day. Found similar frames, swapped out the lenses and had us out of there, with a sports strap, in time for warm ups. And we won the game. Thanks, Americas Best, you are the actual best!!
My first time going to America’s Best! Service was excellent, everyone was very kind and professional. Eyeglasses were ready in about a week. 10/10
I went her because my usual location could not fit me in via my schedule. That was a huge mistake. This location gave me a 3 week window, as opposed to the normal 2 week window. After 4 weeks, contacted them since I had not heard from them AT ALL. They said something about a mixup, but that my glasses were ready. I drove the hour round trip to pick my two pairs of glasses up - only to discover they put my distance prescription into both glasses, when one pair was supposed to have a reading prescription.
