Thank you to everyone here. Dr Lafazanos was a superwoman! My 18 month old was not having it sitting by herself so doctor held her for the entire exam so I can get my eyes checked. Thank you for your patience and supporting women 💕
I had a great experience at the location I was at in Gurnee. Emily was super helpful and she answered all my questions. I would recommend anyone to come here and at the end of their appointment go pick out some cool glasses or contacts! I like how professional and sweet they are!
I meant to post this on the date of my exam, but alas wanted to take the time to show some appreciation for Dr Lafazanos. She was incredible at explaining every piece of the exam from the front of the eye to the inside of my eye. Answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly without ever rushing the exam. She has a great happy presence and I would be glad to see her for years to come. Very much recommend this location!
I had a wonderful experience at this optometrist office today. I saw Dr. Rinde, and he was both thorough and efficient during my visit. The retinal scan is absolutely worth it, and I found the pricing to be very fair. Dr. Rinde took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, reassured me, and provided great tips to help care for my eyes—especially helpful since I use loupes at work. This was hands down the best eye exam I’ve ever had. Dr. Lafazanos was incredibly thorough, offering practical solutions for my dry eye and dialing in a glasses prescription that truly fits my day-to-day life.
