Extremely disappointing service; I’ve had glasses for 27 years and have never had issues with any doctor getting my prescription wrong until I came here. The doctor did a crap job, only showed me two lenses for each eye, went way too fast and didn’t even wait for me to say if it was right or not, she just moved on . If they manage to fix my prescription, then I’ll update my review but I wouldn’t recommend this place. The ladies at reception and on the floor are all amazing but it’s just not worth it when I get this pathetic ... read more
My family and I have been patients of America’s Best for years. I’ve referred many of my friends and family . The last two appointments have been disappointing. Dr. Eve Arnold is extremely unprofessional, unethical, she has poor communication skills and extremely arrogant! I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. There’s plenty of eye doctors in my area for us to tolerate seeing this woman again!
I believe the managers name is Chris at the Gurnee Illinois location. Their customer service is over the top great. I’m also thrilled with their selection of contact lenses and frames!
