I have been a customer for years and I received an email from America's best. It was a couple coupons to use or give to my friends/family. So I went to get a pair of sun glasses and use the 50% off coupon printed from my email. Well when I got there with just the coupon,Amanda (the manager) wouldn't accept it. She claimed that my name had to be on it,so I left to go and get my email. No where on the email was my name,it also stated that I could give it to family/friends. The employees here are so nice. During my visit there were customers that acted like they were higher than the rest of us waiting and demanded to be seen before everyone else. The ladies here were very calm and told them that other customers were waiting before them and it wouldn't be fair the to the of us waiting. They still got upset and left. Sometimes you can't help everyone, especially those trying to cut in front of others. Anytime I've come to this location, its always so pleasant. Just wish they would fix the smell. ... read more

Unfortunately, our experience at this location wasn’t great. From the moment we walked in, the place had an unpleasant odor — a mix of dirty feet and bad breath — which was off-putting. The receptionist seemed unsure of what she was doing. She may have been new, but trying to sort out insurance through her was frustrating and took nearly 30 minutes.
