I had an eye exam here today for new prescription, and while the exam itself seemed great, I was really disappointed with the experience with the guy who did the pre-exam. I was pressured into agreeing to take a retinal image, even though I had just seen an eye doctor last month for annual check-up, and I told him that they found nothing concerning. Unless you want your time wasted, do NOT go here. I have been wearing contacts for 5 years. I recently moved to the area and found America's Best through my insurance company and scheduled my yearly exam. I had an initial appointment in January and was told when my "trial" contacts arrive at my house just to call the office, let them know how they are, and they will finalize my prescription. I have had the same prescription for 5 years and ordered the same contacts I have been wearing since I initially got them, so I was uns... read more
This location is filled with a bunch of lazy, nonchalant workers who would rather sit on their phones than do the job they signed up and were hired for. The only person who is actively working everytime I go into this location is the older lady in the check out station that hands out glasses for pickup.
I bought 2 glasses and paid for non reflective and transitions . both glasses were incorrectly done
