DONT COME HERE!!! First off the doctor is rude as hell was in a rush to get my exam done, not making sure everything was good or asked if I had any questions. The staff is lazy good for nothings , on contract they just sit on their phones and don’t want to help the little girl wearing glasses got mad because I asked for help getting my glasses that I paid for. Just All and all crappiest store in the city.
On and quickly. Problem resolved
Had a eye exam. Didn't know it was with a remote DR. Until I got there. Waited 2 hours. The doctor then said my prescription had improved but when I received new contacts it was clear the prescription was wrong. Went backed to be rechecked, and was told they were over an hour behind. At 11am. Im sorry but I will pay a little more for better service . You will not see me again.
Never was contacted about my contact order arriving. I followed up multiple times being told they weren't in the system then ‘never were picked up’. Ive been waiting since Augu
