Great Customer Experience!!!
I had an exceptional time at this location. I had been to other locations before and they were great but this location was hands down the best! The staff there were so inviting and fun to talk to. They made me feel young again and made me laugh. The sales associate I was working with was so sweet (I can't remember her name to save my life). She answered all of my questions and I know it was quite annoying but she didn't once seem annoyed. I haven't had great service like this in a while. Stellar visit with the team at this location! Everyone from the Doctor to the staff were very knowledgeable. The manager, Hunter helped me with making sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Julia checked me and my wife out and she did a remarkable job going over the benefits and coatings for my lenses. I will definitely be back and will tell others to shop here!
Everyone was great except them smoking cigarettes a lot and the actual doctor who was very rude and told me I had cancer (I don’t) Which was a virtual visit. I wasn’t given my referral to have for my own records. I went to another eye doctor and failed an eye exam with my new glasses I had just received within 2 weeks. Not enough time was given to run the needed test to eliminate what was necessary at the time. They want to see more patients than they can handle. We had a very good experience at America’s Best at Chesterfield Plaza in Virginia. Dr. Corley performed a thorough exam, answered all of our questions and was very professional, courteous and friendly. Other employees who helped with the check-in process, and choosing frames, were very patient and thorough. Todd, Angel, and Merci Took their time to make sure that my husband had frames that he really liked, had the best features he was looking for, and were fairly priced.
