If I could give 0 StarsThat's what this place would get!@!!! worstWorkmanship and has to be the cheapest quality glasses I've ever.got!! Mine has broke in some way.3 times within the first 7mo . And when you go In to complain they suddenly get rude and nasty
America's Best is favorite ,They are so sweet and helpful. They have always been prompt, professional and very affordable.I can’t wait for appointments today I highly recommend it.
Had a wonderful experience at this location. I was helped by multiple staff on 2 separate occasions and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. I came in for my eye exam on Saturday and my glasses were ready by Wednesday. Their prices are affordable and they have a great selection of frames. They are friendly knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions or concerns you may have they fitted my glasses for me and I can see! I would recommend them to anyone.
I drove from Bourbon to americas beat in Kirkwood. Quite a distance. Couple of weeks later, we (husband and I) drove back up. It took a couple of days to realize the prescription wasn’t correct. Drove back again for another exam. Lenses corrected, should be ready in a couple of weeks. However I could never find a ride back up there. I was shooed out of there in less than 10 minutes as my doctor was incredibly quick to write up a prescription with no hesitation at all. He was not concerned with me one bit. I will never go back. That's America's medical system!
Yesterday my daughter and I entered the Rialto Renaissance America Best to pick up my prescription glasses that I ordered and paid for a week earlier. When we arrived we were greeted by a young lady. After trying on my glasses I informed to young lady my glasses needs to be adjusted. The appointments are crazy. The wait is ridiculous. And there is no follow up after you get a contact exam.
The customer service at the Waxahachie Location was superior from the the beginning til the end of my appointment. Ms. Diaunte Haynes/Asst Mgr and the entire staff is was professional and helpful.
