My appointment was at 11:20. I was stuck in traffic on highway 80 due to a malfunctioning traffic light near Walmart for 20 minutes, so I arrived at 11:35. I had driven in from Lockhart, which is 35 minutes away, only to be told that if you are over 10 minutes late, they will reschedule. I explained my situation, nope. No cigar. My kids start school at home on Monday, I cannot come in during the week. I also am deaf, so I had no way of calling them while sitting in traffic to let them know that I would be late. RecommendedI went in for a exam today! Everyone working today was so nice! Very clean and organized! The man who did my exam was so nice! Answered all my questions & very informative! I think his name was Darrin Dotson. I will definitely be coming back here for my next exam.

Mary Williams and Rahim Bhaloo O.D. were very helpful and professional and took good care of us! We use to go to Walmart for vision well not anymore we have found our home for glasses and Contacts thank you so much!!!! Love it and highly recommend!!!
They messed up my order when I told them what I wanted! The girl that helped me never explained to me about the different transition on the glasses when I told her I wanted the ones that change in the car because it's what I already have. So now they want to charge me an additional $170 when I already paid over $150 for the pair I have. Need to train your people right. Should of stuck to where I usually go but wanted to give them a try and it back fired on me.
Mary M., was Awesome in fitting me for my new glasses. The San Marcos staff were professional and friendly. I was a walk-in on Saturday, December 16th. I was greeted with a big smile and immediately saw the doctor. The doctor was very thorough and explained every step to me. The young lady who did my initial checking of my eyes was also very thorough and explained each machine and the reason the doctor used each one. Very happy with my visit on Saturday �
