I walked in for the 1st time a few days ago & I was welcomed by professionalism, courteousness, & a nice smile. During my time there I was pretty much surrounded by much of the same. The staff there are very respectful, friendly, & having product knowledge as well. The Eye Doctor was also very professional & nice to talk to; as a customer he seemed to have my best interest at heart. Be prepared to be there a couple hours. Go when you have nothing better to do. Also show your insurance so you're not charged twice and have to wait for the first refund. They WILL NOT ask for it.
