RecommendedThis was my first visit. Loved the convenient location and the personable staff. Yes I paid more than the promoted price to get me in, but I chose upgraded frame styles (not designer) and extra for lenses (thinner and less heavy for the light frames I chose) and anti-glare coating as recommended by the doctor, but there was no pressure to do so.

The experience I’ve had in the past two weeks has been unreal. I’m apart of the eye care club since last year. I had to do a warranty replacement in June/July for my glasses. My glasses got scratched recently so I called to do a replacement again. I was informed that I can only do a one time warranty replacement. I understand this and asked what else can be done?
