One attendant at this store the receptionist is very good at her job . However this store I have had problems with and not happy . I just left there and this women told me that my lenses should be in a plastic frame . I looked at her and said I bought them here . That should have been mentioned at the time I ordered glasses . BUT if I want to pay additional monies I can get the correct frames for my lenses . Are you kidding me what a rip off . Very disappointed in America's Best business practices
